My trusty helper

I forgot to mention my trusty helper Jett. He has been so helpful to me during the remodel so far, especially when dads at work. He entertains his sister(mostly entertain..sometimes entertain turns into torment), brings me a paper towel when I am up on the ladder, helps me move my sample tiles around, tells me, 'good job babe'( he must have heard that somewhere..hmm:)), every time he says it though it makes me smile and motivates me. What a SWEET little boy. Jaide has done well too, she hasn't tried to touch the paint yet! I told her it was a no no and she has listened. I am so proud of my adorable children!
Although I am extremely excited for my mom to take Jett today so I can work! He is at that age and all he wants to do is talk all the time. Its hard to have your thoughts interrupted all day but I know someday he wont wanna talk to his mom as much :( So I am trying to enjoy every minute of it!

How exciting! I love to change things up with a little paint, not to mention TILE!
One tip on the paint. If you have any paint that bleeds where you don't want it, use a baby wipe to clean it up. Even if its fairly dry, it will wipe it up great!
Have fun.

Your kids are too cute. I had to laugh about the part how Jett likes to talk a lot and how it constantly interupts your thoughts. Braxton is the same way. It can drive me through the wall at times, but I try and remember the same thing. It is a fun age though, right?!
Good luck with your remodeling!

P.S. I do remember when we went to that Jazz game together! Good times! I know my dad's work had season tickets on the 7th row and also some up in the nose bleed section. Do you remember where we sat? I've been trying to remember and it's been bugging me. ;)

TALKING ALL THE TIME....totally know what you are saying. P does the same thing, during dinner we tell him NOT to talk just so he can eat his food in a normal amount of time.

SO nice to have family around and that your kids can have so much fun with their grandparents!!!!
